LINDSEY SMITH - MEDIA MANAGER

Lindsey Smith is the Media Manager for United Volleyball Club, working in communications and social media. Outside of United Volleyball Club, she is the Communications Director for USA Volleyball Region, Great Plains, and Marketing Director for MVP - Midwest Volleyball Power, volleyball club in North Sioux City, SD.
Lindsey coached at United Volleyball Club in the 2021-22 season and also coached the Freshmen Boys team at Fountain Valley High School. Prior to her move to California, Smith coached for Midwest Volleyball Power, a club in North Sioux City where she was the Head Coach of the girls 15-1’s team for the 2021 season. In the fall of 2020, she was an Assistant Coach for the College of Saint Mary Volleyball Team in Omaha, NE. Smith has 8 years of club coaching and individual/group lesson experience.
Prior to her coaching career, Smith was a 2018 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she received a degree in Sports Administration and 2020 graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received a Master's in Sport Coaching. At UNK, Smith was the setter for the Division II program where the team advanced to the NCAA DII Tournament all 4 years during her tenure and she was named an AVCA Honorable Mention All-American. At USM, Smith was a member of the Golden Eagle's inaugural beach volleyball team.
